I’m French-Lebanese, multilingual (French, English, Arabic) and shaped by a multicultural path that taught me how to listen, adapt, and connect with empathy and clarity.

I hold a Master’s degree from HEC Paris (Specialized Master in Entrepreneurship) and a Masters in Business Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. This dual academic background gave me both strategic vision and legal structure skills I use daily to guide high-stakes recruitment processes.

Above all, I’m driven by human connection. I genuinely enjoy meeting people, understanding what drives them, and building trust whether with a founder, a candidate, or a leadership team.

I’m also a mother of twins an experience that deepened my resilience, my sense of priority, and my instinct for navigating complex conversations with care.
